We are authorized to collect personally identifiable information (PII) from you by the insurers that we represent. Any PII we collection is used to quote and apply for insurance coverage.
If you choose to give us PII, we may share this information with insurers that you are applying for coverage with to quote rates and to allow them to bill you for insurance coverage purchased. PII is used or disclosed only under the following circumstances: To apply for and be billed for insurance coverage. We may also use the PII you have provided to contact you about the policies that you have contracted through us and to send you information about other coverage that may be beneficial to you.
Under the Affordable Care Act we are required to collect PII. If you choose not to provide us with the PII requested or not to respond to certain questions, you may not be able to apply for insurance coverage for health insurance.
